I love kale! It's such a beautiful plant. Kale is a Superfood because it's loaded with vitamins and enzymes. Kale is known to help protect from cancer, cataracts, emphysema, rheumatoid arthritis. It's packed with beta-carotene and helps with increasing ones vision. I notice a huge difference when I eat kale. I feel clearer and happy. Yes, I'll admit it. I am very regular. We are not eating enough greens these days. Especially our younger generation. Kale is one of the easiest foods to find because it's grown year round.
