Do you like kale?

Some people might turn up their noses at the sight of Kale. I love kale! It's such a beautiful plant. Kale is a Superfood because it's loaded with vitamins and enzymes. Kale is known to help protect from cancer, cataracts, emphysema, rheumatoid arthritis. It's packed with beta-carotene and helps with increasing ones vision. I notice a huge difference when I eat kale. I feel clearer and happy. Yes, I'll admit it. I am very regular. We are not eating enough greens these days. Especially our younger generation. Kale is one of the easiest foods to find because it's grown year round. We need to change the world one kale leaf at a time!
